These articles are written the way I run the job board: what the work actually is, what listings actually pay (quoted only <em>as listed<\/em> by the poster), and what it realistically takes to get started.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our editorial rules<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>No income promises.<\/strong> We never tell you what you will earn. Nobody honest can.<\/li><li><strong>Pay figures are &#8220;as listed&#8221; only.<\/strong> Numbers come from live postings or the platforms&#8217; own published rates, with dates.<\/li><li><strong>Original data.<\/strong> Where we cite job-market numbers, they come from our own live board and are refreshed on a schedule.<\/li><li><strong>A real author.<\/strong> Every article is written and approved by a named person, not a content farm.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What getAIwork is<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">getAIwork is a membership that combines bite-size AI training, a certification graded by a human on real project work, and a daily-updated board of screened AI jobs and gigs.
