micro1 is hiring a Corporate & Legal Ops Associate to manage transactional legal work and build AI-enabled workflows. You'll handle venture financings, corporate governance, equity administration, and transaction closings—owning everything from document drafting and signatures through post-closing organization. You'll also maintain the company's master data room, manage cap tables and equity records, and coordinate with outside counsel on complex matters.
This role suits experienced corporate paralegals or junior corporate attorneys with law firm training and hands-on experience in venture deals and corporate administration.
