Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of getaiwork.com and the getAIwork membership (the "Service"), operated by Mufaddal S Pachorawala, sole proprietor, trading as getAIwork ("getAIwork", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

getAIwork provides online education about AI skills, a skills certification program, curated third-party job and gig listings (the "Work Board"), templates, and a member community.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. One person per account — logins may not be shared or resold.

4. Free trial, subscriptions & billing

• Free trial: new members receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start; nothing is charged during the trial.
• Auto-renewal: unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins automatically: $29 per month (monthly) or $199 per year (annual), in USD, and renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime — including during the trial — from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Price changes: we'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price change, which applies from your next renewal.
• Refunds: see our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Certification

The getAIwork Certificate is a private credential issued by us based on graded project work. It is not a government-accredited qualification, and we make no representation that any employer or platform will recognize it. Certificates remain verifiable after your membership ends but may not be misrepresented or transferred.

6. The Work Board and third-party listings

Work Board listings link to opportunities offered by third parties. We curate and refresh them regularly, but we do not control third parties and cannot guarantee a listing's accuracy, availability, pay, or hiring outcome. Your dealings with any third party — including applications, contracts, and payment — are solely between you and them. Pay ranges shown are published by those platforms and change over time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, resell, or publicly repost course content or templates; scrape or bulk-export the Work Board; harass other members; upload unlawful or malicious content; misuse the community for spam or self-promotion schemes; or use the Service to violate any law.

8. Intellectual property

All course content, templates, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and work while a member (templates you customize for client work remain usable by you afterward). Work you create in projects belongs to you.

9. Community content

You retain ownership of what you post, and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; if we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or on-site notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
