Refund Policy
1. The free trial
Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel from your account page anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If your trial converts to a paid plan and you decide getAIwork isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms, no calls. This applies to both monthly ($29) and annual ($199) first payments.
3. Renewal payments
Renewals after your first billing period aren't automatically covered by the guarantee, but we're humans: if a renewal charged you unexpectedly and you haven't used the Service since, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll make it right. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel anytime before your renewal date — you keep access until the period ends.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@getaiwork.com with the subject line "Refund".
- Include the email address on your account. That's all we need.
- We confirm within 1 business day; funds arrive on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. A note on chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback process, and we honor this policy exactly as written.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
