Refund Policy
1. What you are charged
Monthly — $49 per month, in USD. Charged in full when you join, then on the same date each month until you cancel. There is no trial period and no setup fee.
Annual — $199 per year, in USD, if you choose the annual upgrade offered on the order form at checkout. Charged in full when you join, then once a year on the same date until you cancel.
Whichever you choose, the exact amount and the billing interval are shown on the Digistore24 order form before you pay, and again on the receipt Digistore24 emails you immediately afterwards. If you joined through a promotional link, the discounted price shown on that order form is the amount charged. Nothing is ever billed that was not shown on the order form first.
Cancel from your account page at any time, in two clicks; you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
2. 60-day money-back guarantee
If you decide getAIwork isn't for you, email us within 60 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms, no calls. That is two full months of paid access, refundable.
It applies to your first payment on either plan, for the full amount you were charged: $49 monthly, $199 annual, or the discounted price if you joined through a promotional link. An annual member who asks on day 59 gets the whole $199 back, not a pro-rated share of it.
3. Renewal payments
Renewals after your first billing period aren't automatically covered by the guarantee, but we're humans: if a renewal charged you unexpectedly and you haven't used the Service since, contact us within 60 days of that charge and we'll make it right. That applies to an annual renewal just as it does to a monthly one. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel anytime before your renewal date — you keep access until the period ends.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@getaiwork.com with the subject line "Refund".
- Include the email address on your account. That's all we need.
- We confirm within 1 business day; funds arrive on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. A note on chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback process, and we honor this policy exactly as written.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
