We're seeking an advanced CAM programming expert with deep Fusion 360 knowledge to support AI training work on our platform. You'll develop detailed grading rubrics for CNC manufacturing scenarios, creating objective evaluation criteria that assess whether CAM solutions meet production-ready standards. Your rubrics will be used to train AI systems to recognize quality in machining workflows, so they need to be precise, verifiable, and grounded in real manufacturing expertise.
This is remote, part-time work available at the advanced level, with flexibility around a 40-hour weekly commitment. You'll work independently on the Mercor platform, applying your machining and CAM knowledge to build datasets that improve AI evaluation capabilities.
