Sales and Marketing Expert

Mercor is looking for advanced sales and marketing professionals to design AI evaluation tasks focused on enterprise go-to-market scenarios. You'll create realistic sales and marketing workflows calibrated to Fortune 500 complexity—including deal structures, stakeholder dynamics, and high-stakes brand considerations. Your work involves building benchmark scenarios, drafting reference outputs, and developing assessment rubrics that test how AI systems perform in real-world enterprise sales and marketing contexts.

This remote position suits experienced professionals with deep knowledge of complex B2B sales cycles and marketing strategy at the enterprise level. You'll contribute to AI training and evaluation work that directly reflects how these systems need to operate in high-stakes corporate environments. The role is available at the advanced level, offered on an hourly basis at $60–$70/hour for a standard 40-hour week.
