We're looking for a Design & Frontend Specialist to help train AI models through detailed design and technical work. In this remote role, you'll evaluate and document design decisions, user experience patterns, and frontend implementations across various products. Your responsibilities include assessing design systems, analyzing UI/visual solutions, reviewing accessibility practices, and writing clear rationales that explain the thinking behind technical and design choices. You'll also evaluate frontend code quality and approach in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React environments.
This advanced-level position suits experienced professionals with a strong background in both design and frontend development. You should be comfortable working across product design, UX research, design systems (particularly Figma), and frontend engineering. Strong writing skills are essential, as much of the work involves articulating design principles and technical reasoning. The role is fully remote and offers flexibility for specialists ready to contribute to AI training initiatives.
