We're looking for bilingual Turkish speakers to support AI safety work on the Mercor platform. You'll use your fluency in English and Turkish to evaluate how AI models respond to sensitive topics, applying cultural and linguistic judgment to improve their safety and reliability. The role involves writing prompts and assessments in Turkish—no prior AI or machine learning experience is needed, as training will be provided.
This is part-time remote work, approximately 7 hours per week, suited for beginners with strong writing skills and native or near-native Turkish proficiency. You'll be contributing to AI training and safety evaluation, work that's increasingly important as these systems become more widely used. The listed rate is $23–$27 per hour.
